  3. Software Licensing: Proxmox software is not proprietary to Souza Hub and is subject to the terms of the Proxmox Open Source License.

  6. Warranty: For HP hardware with a 3-3-3 warranty, Souza Hub is not responsible for mediating communication between the client and HP but is happy to mediate within the first 12 months. For used hardware, a 3-month warranty on parts is provided.
